Comparison FAQs

What is the difference between "Standard with Flush" and "VIP"?
Both units flush to hide waste and control odors. However, the VIP Unit includes a built-in freshwater sink and vanity mirror, making it superior for formal events. The Standard with Flush has a foot-pump flush but typically uses hand sanitizer instead of a sink.
Is the XLT unit the same as the ADA unit?
No. The XLT is "Wheelchair Accessible" with a flat roll-in entry, which is great for family events or standard wheelchairs. The ADA Unit is significantly larger, allowing for a full 360-degree wheelchair turn, and includes the specific grab bars required by federal law for public events.
Do I legally need an ADA unit?
For public events, fairs, and festivals, you are typically required to have at least one ADA-compliant unit for every 20 standard units to meet accessibility regulations. Private parties are less regulated but ADA units are recommended for elderly guests.
