1. Check the "Shore Line" (Yellow/Orange cord) connection.
2. Find the GFCI outlet (usually near sink) and press "RESET".
3. Check the main breaker panel at your house/venue.
🤢 Strong Odor
1. Is the vent pipe blocked by leaves/debris? Clear it.
2. Is the unit in direct sun? Prop door open for 10 mins (if safe).
Call for extra pump-out if tank is >75% full.
❄️ Frozen Tank (Winter)
1. DO NOT pour boiling water (can crack tank).
2. DO NOT use antifreeze (hazardous).
Call us to add Brine Solution safely.
🪠 Toilet Clogged

My unit tipped over. Can I stand it back up?
We strongly advise against it. Tipped units likely have chemical and waste leaks inside. Let our professional crew handle the uprighting and sanitization to ensure safety.
The sink foot pump isn't working. Is it broken?
Often, it just needs to be primed. Press the foot pedal vigorously 5-10 times to draw water up from the tank. If it still doesn't flow, the tank may be empty.
Why does the trailer keep tripping the breaker?
Restroom trailers (especially with A/C) draw significant power. Ensure you are plugged into a dedicated 20-amp circuit and not sharing the outlet with DJ equipment or catering heaters.
